Emergency Reception and Appointments

Patients can receive guidance, counselling and assessment of care needs every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can book a non-urgent appointment or inquire about laboratory results by calling 016 259 705, even when the health centre is closed.

The Digital Clinic’s remote reception service is available at all times 

The Digital Clinic is free of charge and it is available around the clock every day of the year. 

Cancelling and making appointments via text message

If you need to cancel an appointment with a doctor or nurse, follow these steps: write a text message including your name, surname, date of birth and the appointment you wish to cancel. Send the message to 040 641 8439.

You cannot cancel dentist’s appointments or appointments with memory nurses at this number. You also cannot call this number and your call will not be returned. You can only use it for cancelling appointments.
