Employment Services

The aim of Kemi’s employment services is to increase the employability of the long-term unemployed and to support employment in the open labour market. Employment services offer personalised guidance and advice, as well as assessment of service needs. In addition, job coaching, rehabilitative work activities, job trials and employment in city units, et cetera, are organised by the employment services. These services include multidisciplinary joint employment services. 

Employment services cooperate with employers to facilitate finding work. Employment services are tailored to clients’ specific service requirements.
