Customer Services

At the customer service point you can get advice and information about services offered by the council as well as electronic transactions.  

The city of Kemi has two customer service points; one in the town hall, and one in the town’s Cultural Centre.  

The customer service point located in the lobby of the town hall includes a small-scale tourist information office, where you can find local publications, brochures and maps.  

The town hall service point, open on weekdays during office hours (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.). 

The personnel at the office in the lobby of the Cultural Centre take care of reservations and let Cultural Centre and Prunts premises to organisations, among other things. 

The Cultural Centre customer service point is open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and at weekends from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. For urgent matters we recommend you call in advance because the personnel also carry out tasks elsewhere in the building.
